Environmental Education

 

  • 350 primary and secondary school teachers in the Bananal Island region have been trained in environmental education issues at Canguçu Research Centre.

 

  • Dissemination of organic production techniques at events organized in partnership with the Tocantins State Agricultural Secretariat and the Amazon Development Bank (BASA).
     
     
  • Strengthening and education of indigenous and non-indigenous leaderships in the areas affected by the implementation of large hydroelectric power plants in Southwest and North regions of the State of Tocantins and Goiás.
